A safe space to pause, reflect, and be heard.
Online counselling offers a confidential and accessible way to engage in counselling from your own space. Sessions are conducted via a secure online platform and are held to the same professional and ethical standards as in-person counselling.
For many people, online counselling provides flexibility, privacy, and ease.
I offer online counselling in a calm, supportive, confidential space where you can slow down, be heard and make sense of what you’re carrying. My work is relational and collaborative – we go at your pace, and your story always matters.
If you are unsure whether online counselling is suitable for you, this can be discussed before beginning.
