Counselling is a safe, supportive space where we can explore what is going on for you – emotionally, mentally, relationally and spiritually. It is a space to slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and find healthier ways of coping and moving forward.
You do not need to have everything figured out to start.
Online counselling is exactly as in-person counselling, just held securely over a video platform. It allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space and can be especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, mobility challenges, or live far from services.
Your sessions are conducted using secure platforms and your privacy is taken seriously. Just like in-person counselling, confidentiality is maintained in line with ethical and professional guidelines.
I also encourage clients to choose a private, quiet space for their sessions.
I offer individual counselling, as well as group, family, and faith-based counselling, depending on your needs.
My approach is holistic, considering emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of your wellbeing.
We work at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you.
Yes i do. If faith is important to you, we can intentionally integrate it into the counselling process in a respectful and supportive way.
This is always client-led; faith is included only if you want it to be.
No referral is needed.

I am registered with most medical aids.
Reimbursements and benefits differ between schemes and plans, so it is the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage with their medical aid provider.
You can book a session directly or complete the enquiry form on the website.
I will be in touch to discuss availability and next steps.
